Job Description
You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:
- Fresh graduates or those with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges/ID as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and handling related documents.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Answer and screen phone calls in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Assist Facilities Assistant in inventory and monitoring of supplies.
- Sort and distribute mail.
