Job Description
- Greeting, welcoming, orienting, and announcing visitors at the front desk
- Screening and directing incoming phone calls
- Engage in meaningful conversations with colleagues and guests, and respond to and resolve guest concerns, requests, and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
