Job Description
We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests, answering and directing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is friendly and professional, as you will be interacting with clients and visitors on a daily basis.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle and prioritize a variety of tasks and responsibilities
