Job Description
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Willing to be assigned in Calamba City
Job Summary:
- The position shall monitor all incoming and outgoing documents inside and outside the company. Responsible for efficient and effective management of the Company.
- Sorting and handing out documents and mail to relevant departments
- Greeting visitors and guests, offering assistance, and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Receiving and processing transmittal and bank transaction requests
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calamba City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
