Job Description
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage phone calls and take messages.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Handle deliveries and maintain office security.
- Update office databases, records, and assist with administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
