Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing information and support.
- Route calls and emails efficiently.
- Screen, prioritize calls, and maintain call logs.
- Handle client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with administrative staff for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
