Job Description
We seek a courteous, organized Receptionist to join our calm, supportive wellness team. This full-time, permanent, in-person role requires weekend and holiday availability.
- Welcome guests and manage bookings and payments.
- Coordinate with therapists, handle calls and messages, and maintain the reception area.
- Assist with inventory, prepare daily sales reports, and tactfully promote services.
- Require excellent communication, strong customer-service orientation, and basic computer and booking-tool skills; hospitality or spa experience preferred.
The ideal candidate is pleasant, reliable, and able to represent our wellness center professionally at all times.
