Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management or at least College Level
- 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a Chinese restaurant
- Excellent phone etiquette and presentable demeanor
- Strong customer service and communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible to work in shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for guests; greet and assist them professionally
- Manage guest headcounts and coordinate seating
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
