Job Description
A receptionist is a crucial role in any organization as they are responsible for providing a positive first impression to clients and visitors. As a receptionist, your main duties will include answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers or visitors. You will also be responsible for handling and sorting incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
