Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst to perform daily reconciliations of cash, securities, and positions across custodians and internal platforms. The analyst will investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, prepare reconciliation reports, and support month-end close activities.
- Perform daily custody and internal system reconciliations
- Investigate and remediate breaks and exceptions
- Prepare timely reports and documentation for month-end close
- Collaborate with operations and accounting teams
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, minimum 2 years’ experience in reconciliation or operations, advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with custody systems, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
