Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Record to Report End-to-End Support Associate to manage month-end close activities, prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and handle intercompany settlements and fixed asset transactions. The role supports financial reporting, resolves discrepancies, ensures SOX compliance, and maintains accurate account documentation while collaborating with internal finance teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset, strong communication, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 1–3 years of R2R or general ledger experience
