Job Description
Accenture is on the lookout for a Record to Report Operations Lead to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver essential financial accounting support, particularly during the period-end close of the General Ledger, while ensuring robust financial controls and performing account reconciliations.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Record to Report, and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong communication skills are crucial for success. Candidates must be open to working in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or may choose full remote work with night shifts.
Preferred qualifications include experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
