Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team responsible for RTR activities, reconciliations, and month-end tasks.
- Ensure readiness for month-end activities and adherence to cut-offs.
- Maintain integrity of balance sheet transactions and ensure statutory compliance.
- Align team goals with strategic direction from senior management.
- Identify complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Flag risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders with actionable plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting.
- 5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience (RTR/General Accounting).
- 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Amenable to Full RTO and night shift schedule.
- Willing to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.
