Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Record to Report (R2R) Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the R2R processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading the R2R team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing enhancements to streamline workflows
- Leading month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in R2R or general accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
