Job Description
The Record-to-Report (R2R) Tower Lead has the crucial responsibility of overseeing and managing the entire R2R process within an organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles. As the R2R Tower Lead, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will also be in charge of consolidating financial data, preparing financial statements, and performing financial analysis. In addition, you will play a crucial role in managing the R2R team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team’s productivity and effectiveness. This includes conducting regular performance evaluations, identifying training needs, and implementing process improvements. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments.
