The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from buyer search to product delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing operational KPIs, root cause analysis, and managing Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
- Manage Return to shipper/seller process
- Dispatch RTS parcels as per SOP and KPIs
- Collaborate with claims team for past due items
- Coordinate with SOC Ops team, Middle Mile, and Fleet Management
- Develop process strategies and tactical execution
- Assess manpower needs and allocate resources
- Provide guidance, evaluate team performance, and offer training
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics
- Detail-oriented with data management skills
- Proficient in RTS and Claims process
- Knowledge of process improvement tools, MS Office, Google Apps
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
