Job Description
Join Shopee’s Operations team as a Recovery Shift In Charge in Manila, Philippines. You will manage the overall Return to Shipper/Seller process, ensuring successful dispatch of RTS parcels. Collaborate closely with our claims team and various operational units to minimize claims and optimize performance. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in logistics or e-commerce. Proven skills in data management, process improvement, and strong communication abilities are essential. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in Plaridel, Bulacan.
