Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter for our Australian Client, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions. Your primary goal will be to support our Australian Client’s recruitment needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a similar role
- Familiarity with Australian job market and recruitment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload
