Job Description
As a Recruiter, your main responsibility is to source, attract, and hire top talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position, and then develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with candidates and build strong relationships.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and ensuring that the company attracts high-quality candidates.
