Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Use psychological methods to assess candidates’ suitability for positions and company culture.
- Develop and conduct tests, interviews, and other methods to determine professional and personal qualities.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere and help new employees adapt.
- Maintain a candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
Requirements:
- Higher education in psychology, HR management, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or HR manager.
- Deep knowledge of psychological assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information.
- Proficiency in English.
