Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter (Hybrid) to join our team. As a Recruiter (Hybrid), you will be responsible for both in-person and virtual recruitment processes.
In this role, your main duties will include:
- Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to adapt to changing recruitment trends and technologies, and be comfortable conducting virtual interviews and assessments.
