Job Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative processes and candidate pre-screening.
- Source, select, and hire qualified candidates in line with company policies.
- Write job postings to advertise positions.
- Review resumes and endorse candidates to US-based recruiters.
- Collaborate with external recruiters and agencies to identify candidates.
- Meet with management to discuss staffing objectives.
- Assist with job offer processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1 year of recruiting experience.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- Amenable to mid shift and hybrid setup.
- Available for a 6-month project-based contract.
