Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online and offline channels
- Preparing necessary recruitment documents
- Building relationships with schools and partners
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Creating recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screening, scheduling, and interviewing applicants
- Representing the company in job fairs and recruiting events
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or any related field
- Effective communication in English (oral and written)
- Well-organized and strict with rules
- Outgoing personality with a pleasing demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and Google Suites
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Available to work from Monday to Saturday
- At least one (1) year of related experience is an advantage
- Full-Time position
