Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Recruiter to join our team as part of our New Initiatives department. As a Recruiter – New Initiatives, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talents to support our company’s growth and expansion into new ventures.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies, conducting extensive candidate searches, and effectively managing the full recruitment cycle. You will collaborate closely with various departments and hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements, and then design and execute tailored sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.
As a Recruiter – New Initiatives, you should have a solid understanding of different recruitment techniques, including using social media platforms, job boards, and networking events. You should excel in assessing candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates’ qualifications to determine the best fit for our organization.
