Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within our company. Your main objective will be to ensure that our company attracts and retains top talent.
Key responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and job applications to determine if candidates meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the position.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to job offer negotiation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
