Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter with expertise in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge to join our team. The primary role of the recruiter will involve utilizing the ATS platform to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
Responsibilities include managing candidate applications, creating and posting job listings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of ATS functionalities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
