POSITION TITLE: Recruiting Associate Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Recruitment operations lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Analysis and Fulfillment Strategy, stakeholder and team management.
- Project Management: capacity planning, risk monitoring, core metrics management.
- Collaborate with IG leads, capability teams, and recruiting leads.
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably Psychology, HR or IT.
• 6-7 years Recruitment Experience.
• 5-7 years Stakeholder Management.
• 3-4 years Managerial Experience.
• Planning, Strategic, Resource Management.
• Reports and Data Analysis (Power Bi, Excel)
