Job Description
The primary function of this position is to source and filter the candidate pipeline for Commercial Drivers License Class A, DOT Drivers, and other company-required positions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate applicant flow.
- Source passive candidates through internet searches.
- Proactively build talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate interviews and promote career paths.
- Understanding First Advantage platform is a plus.
- Work with Operations Manager for onboarding tasks.
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Work Characteristics:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to resolve issues independently.
- Handle stress and difficult situations with professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field OR 2 years of HR/recruiting experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday.
