Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Experience in manufacturing volume hiring.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay informed on industry trends for recruitment strategies.
- Handle employee documentation and employment contracts.
- Provide advice on work rules and employment laws.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php30,00.00/month.
