Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment and Training Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. You will also support the training programs by coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback from participants.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or training is a plus. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and development.
