Job Description

Fastech Advanced Assembly Inc. is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Recruitment Assistant. To qualify, candidates must hold an AB/BS degree in Psychology and preferably have at least 4 years of direct work experience in the semiconductor industry. We are looking for someone with above-average oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in test administration and interpretation.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate results orientation, organizational skills, adaptability, and a strong sense of rule consciousness. Building collaborative relationships and having subject expertise are also essential for this role.
