Job Description
Job Summary: The Recruitment Assistant supports the recruitment process by coordinating various administrative tasks, helping to attract and select qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting on job boards and social media.
- Candidate Sourcing and initial searches.
- Application Screening to shortlist candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and maintaining communication.
- Onboarding support for new hires.
- Database management and recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
- Experience in recruitment or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Location: San Juan (Preferred)
