Job Description

Job Knowledge:

1) Knowledgeable in Recruitment End-to-End Process- applicant screening, interview & selection, on-boarding up to deployment.

2) Must have wide-knowledge of various candidate sources for different job level requirements. Must know at least 5 effective sourcing strategies.

3) Must have technical knowledge in conducting recruitment activities such as Job Fair, Offsite Recruitment, Job Posting thru On-line Job Portal or Newspaper, Purposeful Sourcing thru cold calls, resume search, etc.

4) Exposure in administration, checking and interpretation of pre-employment examinations (aptitude, personality exam, etc.).

5) Must have experience in preparing recruitment reports and tracking down individual performance such as Headcount Report, Hiring Efficiency Rate, etc.

Basic qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position; FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
• Applicants must be willing to work BONI, Mandaluyong
• Knowledge in end to end to recruitment
• Experience in provincial hiring and manpower industry is a plus
• Willing to START ASAP
