Job Description
PURPOSE:
Join PUREGOLD PRICE CLUB INC. as a Recruitment Assistant, responsible for fulfilling the organization’s manpower needs with qualified candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screen resumes
- Invite shortlisted applicants
- Endorse pre-screened applicants
- Ensure timely deployment of qualified candidates
- Submit a list of candidates’ pre-employment requirements within 5 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female, Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or HR Management
- Minimum of six months experience
- Above average communication skills
- Good leadership qualities; self-motivated
- Willing to be based in Manila
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 17,00.00 – Php 18,500.00 per month
