Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate shall be responsible in:
- sourcing candidates to fill-out expansion and/or replacement vacancies
- identify possible activities to boost applicant sourcing
- conduct paper screening of received applications
- conduct initial interview
- send online examination link
- issue pre-employment requirements list and follow-up on progress of submission
- prepare and issue job offers to staff and specialist levels
