Job Description
Company: Torero Global Outsourcing Corp
Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week) with a flexible schedule.
Location: On-site in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from PHP20,00 to PHP30,00, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage job postings and candidate communications.
– Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
– Assist with offer package preparation and maintain candidate databases.
Requirements:
– Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred.
– Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
– A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
