Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
- Review and analyze resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate management interviews.
- Efficiently fill open positions and accomplish HR goals.
- Regularly follow up with managers and maintain applicant data.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Psychology.
- 1-2 yrs. experience in HR or relevant field.
- Excellent computer and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
