Job Description

Scope of Work:

• Receive manpower request forms (MRF)
• Source qualified candidates for the job orders
• Screen and profile candidates and provide detailed feedback to the hiring manager
• Endorse quality candidates to hiring managers and monitor status
• Discuss and collect pre-employment requirements for new hires and monitoring of completion
• Schedule new employees’ orientation and monitor onboarding status
• Coordinate with stakeholders end-to-end to ensure that deliverables and corresponding TATs are met
• Create, prepare and publish Job postings / ads in company portals and monitoring results
• Build relationship and network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Reporting of hiring activities KPIs – tracking of metrics e.g. time-to-hire, time-to-fill, sources of hire etc.
• May design and measure results of candidate journey surveys
• Host and participate job fairs
• Maintain database of potential candidates for future job openings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
• With at least 6 months to 1 year recruitment experience.
• Good written and oral Communication Skills.
• Have good experience with using MS Offices and other technologies
• Can take on various tasks at the same time
• Attention to details
• Should be able to handle the pressure that comes with the job.
• Knowledge on sourcing techniques on different social media platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,00.00 per month
