Job Description
Expedise Warehouse Management Solution Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Associate for a full-time position. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing job postings and organizing job fairs
- Conducting web application signups and customer status tagging
- Performing initial screening of applicants including verification of contact details and pre-employment requirements
- Executing recruitment sourcing strategies and managing walk-in applicants
- Facilitating final interviews and preparing job descriptions and offers
- Coordinating onboarding processes and collecting necessary documentation
Schedule: 8-hour shifts. Reliable commuting or planning to relocate to Cabuyao, Laguna is preferred. Willingness to travel 100% is also preferred.
