Job Description
This position will be responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of Loan Consultants to support branch refinancing products.
Qualifications:
- Sales and recruiting experience
- Computer literate with excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented and customer service focused
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to borrowers and consultants
- Train and update policy for Loan Consultants
- Monitor endorsements and account releases
- Achieve targets set by Regional Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: From Php14,500.00 per month
Benefits:
