Job Description
Global Dominion Financing Incorporated is actively seeking a Recruitment Associate to oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of Loan Consultants. The primary goal is to assist designated branches in enhancing the distribution of refinancing products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, fieldwork, and recruiting sales personnel
- Proficient in computer applications with excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply
Salary: Starting at Php 14,500.00 per month
