Job Description
Joyce & Diana Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will identify hiring requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and work closely with department managers to attract the best candidates. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, evaluating applicants’ qualifications, and overseeing onboarding paperwork for new hires.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php14,500.00 to Php15,00.00, along with benefits such as employee discounts, promotion opportunities, and the potential for permanent employment status. Enjoy an 8-hour workday, a complimentary 13th-month salary, and overtime compensation.
Proficiency in English is preferred, and this role requires in-person attendance at our office.
