Job Description
Myrecruiters Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Associate with the following responsibilities:
- Focus on sourcing and placement.
- Screen applicants thoroughly and facilitate background checks.
- Endorse quality candidates to clients and monitor feedback timelines.
- Provide candidates with strict timelines during job offers.
- Create small job fairs and engage with local government units.
- Prepare recruitment materials.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year college course.
- 1-2 years experience in sourcing and placement preferred.
- Must be goal-oriented and collaborative.
Salary: Php 18,00.00 – Php 23,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion.
