Job Description
Recruitment Associate is expected to deliver administrative tasks with major functions in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in human resources, psychology, or any related course.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in HR field, especially in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in executive search and technical recruiting is an advantage.
- Competent at cultivating relationships and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Creative and energetic.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
Ability to Relocate:
- Makati City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024
