Job Description

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in Recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for active sourcing, skills and competency-based interviews, conduct job offers, update reports, and achieve recruitment goals and targets of the team.
• Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with potential candidates to effectively generate leads through external resources.
• Manage internal and external job postings through online channels and other relevant channels and effectively generate and convert leads.
• Provide candidates with necessary information regarding interview logistics and company details.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by providing support and information as needed.
