Job Summary: The Recruitment Associate will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. This position collaborates with hiring managers to ensure an effective recruitment process and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates.
- Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Supporting recruitment events and onboarding.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
Qualifications: Must have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and willingness to work hybrid.
