Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver recruitment targets per requirement based on the Service Level Agreement.
- Ensure quality of sourced applicants while ensuring good applicant experience.
- Ensure proper onboarding timeline and procedure.
- Ensure implementation of recruitment plans and strategies given by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Ensure regular update and accuracy of monitoring tools and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing, or equivalent.
- No work experience required.
- Must have the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Must have good organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in digital advertising.
- Proficient in Canva, Excel, Capcut (or similar tools).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
