Job Description
Process and Work Experience:
- At least 6 months of onboarding experience, including requirements gathering, tracking documents, following up on pending requirements, and reporting status.
- Basic knowledge in back-end HR functions like background checks, statutory processes, and HR relations policies.
- Understanding of local and international compliance policies, HR audits, and related experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for composing formal emails and clear communication.
- Competence in data gathering, presenting, and basic Excel skills.
- Experience with HR tools like HRIS and ATS.
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask under pressure, work outside regular hours, proactive in helping team, detail-oriented, and integrity-driven.
- Permanent on-site work in Alabang, Filinvest, or convenient commute to the office.
