Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant (Junior to Mid). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for various positions within our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting candidate sourcing through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and interviewing potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Providing recommendations and insights to hiring managers based on candidate assessments.
- Conducting background checks and reference validations.
- Assisting in negotiating and presenting job offers to successful candidates.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred, but we also welcome applications from fresh graduates with a strong interest in the field.
