Job Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in the talent acquisition process of our company. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
You will be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Additionally, you will assist in organizing recruitment events, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
